Dedalus: Atelier of the Apennine Nature engages travelers by finding innovative solutions to disseminate information and to raise public awareness of biodiversity issues, natural heritage and nature conservation. Visitors participate in a variety of games and activities to stimulate curiosity, creativity and insight.
There are four different learning paths and environments that take people through nature. The paths are called the 'bush', the 'beechwood', the 'wolf's den', and the 'maze of trunks'. Participants can pass the bush as a wild boar, slither through the maze of logs like a rattle snake, bird watch from the beechwoods, and enter the wolf's den. While at Dedalus, participants can see various plants, animals, and fungi that live within the Park.
